Startup Policy Forum (SPF) partnered with CARS24, the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), and MeitY Startup Hub for the Grand Startup Challenge, an initiative designed to help early-stage startups access capital, mentorship and real-world deployment opportunities.

With a prize pool of ₹1 crore, the challenge invites founders to develop innovative solutions across four key sectors: Lending & Fintech, Mobility & Road Safety, Logistics & Supply Chains, and Sovereign AI.

By bringing together government, industry and the startup ecosystem, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between promising ideas and commercial application. It provides founders with opportunities to validate their solutions, engage with industry stakeholders and build scalable businesses that address real-world challenges.

Applications opened on 9 October 2026 and close on 10 November 2026, with the challenge scheduled for January 2027 in New Delhi.
